Tommy Oates has been working in the building profession since 1972 and started his own construction company in 1993. Jason Oates grew up working for his dad, Tommy. After college, Jason worked in the commercial construction industry for 11 years, before going into the family business. Father and son have now been working together for over a decade and bring their love for the trade to every project.
